On Wednesday, October 2nd, DIATEAM will be at IUT de Saint-Malo to inaugurate its Hybrid Cyber Range capacity expansion.

Since 2018, IUT de Saint-Malo owns a DIATEAM Hybrid Cyber Range, which puts them in optimum conditions to train their cybersecurity students.

Indeed, our Hybrid Cyber Range allows IUT students to set themselves in real conditions to reproduce cyber attack & defense scenarios.

A founding by the Region of Brittany, in partnership with University of Rennes Cyberschool has made it possible for IUT de Saint-Malo to significatively increase the capacity of its DIATEAM Hybrid Cyber Range on 2024 school year start, which is a “turning point for cybersecurity students training in Saint-Malo”.

After the inauguration, Guillaume PRIGENT will take part in a round table about the main challenges associated with cyber students training to meet the needs on the territory. The round table will be moderated by Tiphaine Leduc, Cyber Alliance cybersecurity coordinator for Bretagne Développement Innovation.

“This expansion marks an important milestone for IUT de Saint-Malo, especially considering the Cybersecurity training path we have established on BUT (Technical University Bachelor) reform.”

Mrs Piel, head of IUT de Saint-Malo Networks & Communication department

DIATEAM is proud to collaborate with IUT de Saint-Malo to further improve training of future cybersecurity experts by allowing them to work on always more complex scenarios.
